Our Catering staff can assist you with menu selections, theme parties, specialty menus and any details concerning your party. When selecting the presentation please consider a plated or buffet affair. Buffets require a minimun of 25 attendees. Plated affairs provide the variety of up to three entree choices. The hotel will require the RSVP counts for these distinctions.
Pricing
The prices listed on the menu are subject to change with market conditions. All prices are subject to 18% service fees and 8.25% state tax.
A booking of 20 people or less will require a surcharge to provide the private setting and servers. Please inquire directly.
Deposit & Payment
A deposit is required to reserve space for your event, each contract details the due date. This amount is then deducted from your final bill at the time of payment. Direct Bill applications are available for Conference Events only. Custom deposit policies apply to Wedding Receptions.
Banquets require full payment 3-7 days prior to the event, based on final counts provided to the hotel. Any additonal expenses incurred during the event will need immediate settlement. Personal checks are not accepted for final payments.
Guaranteed Counts
The number of attendees must be given to the hotel 10 days prior to the event. This is your guaranteed count. While an update can occur, the guarantee provides the hotel the ability to reassess the size of the banquet room and the staffing required to serve the event. A Final count is then due 3 days prior, with full payment.
You will be billed for the Final count, unless the number served is greater than the guarantee. If no final guarantee is received, the number of guests on the original contract serves as the final guarantee.
Room Assignments
Function rooms are assigned according to the guaranteed number of guests. The Clarion reserves the right to change the group to a more suitable room should the attendance increase or decrease.
Cancellation
A fee will be assessed for events cancelling within 30 days notice of the actual event. Fees amount to 50% of the estimated total bill.
Food & Beverage
No outside food and beverage may be brought into the banquet rooms.
